Calculation breakdown

- Confirm the employment regime and unused leave balance.
- Enter basic wage separately from the total salary package.
- Review leave compensation without mixing in gratuity or notice pay.
How the result is calculated
The supported termination illustration multiplies eligible unused days by the applicable daily basic-wage amount. This is distinct from pay while taking ordinary annual leave.
Worked example
With AED6,000 monthly basic wage and ten confirmed unused days, a 30-day daily basis gives AED200 per day and AED2,000 leave compensation.
What this result does not cover
This version does not resolve a disputed balance or cover all employment regimes. Other settlement amounts and lawful adjustments are separate.
