Toolistify Terms of Use

1. Acceptance By accessing or using Toolistify, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Informational and planning purpose

Toolistify provides calculators, planning tools, document utilities and educational content. Results may be incomplete, estimated or affected by incorrect inputs, software errors or policy changes. Toolistify does not issue an official transcript, admission decision, scholarship award, legal opinion, financial advice, medical advice, security guarantee, employment decision or search-ranking guarantee.

1. Verify important decisions You are responsible for checking admissions, scholarship, academic, employment, security and other important information with the responsible institution or qualified professional. A result that applies an official formula is still not an official decision.
2. Permitted use You may use the public tools for lawful personal, educational or internal business purposes subject to these Terms. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, misuse another person’s data, conduct unauthorized security testing, scrape at a harmful rate or present Toolistify results as an official institutional decision.
3. User content and files Describe ownership, license, processing and deletion for text, CV details, files and saved profiles. Do not claim no ownership interest while quietly taking an unnecessarily broad perpetual license.
4. Accounts Where accounts exist, users are responsible for accurate information, account security and activity under their credentials. Explain suspension, recovery and deletion procedures.
5. Paid products and subscriptions State prices, currency, taxes, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, delivery, update entitlement and refund policy. Identify the payment processor and any separate terms.
6. Affiliate links, advertising and sponsorships

Toolistify may receive compensation from clearly labelled commercial links or placements. Commercial status does not make a product suitable for every user.

1. Intellectual property Identify the owner of Toolistify branding, original code, content and downloadable products. Respect third-party rights, trademarks and source material.
2. Availability and changes Tools may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Time-sensitive formulas may become outdated between reviews. Where practical, Toolistify will show review dates and correction channels.
3. Disclaimers and limitation of liability Have counsel draft language appropriate to the governing law. Do not rely on a copied foreign template.
