Document limitations

Changing a signed PDF can invalidate its digital signature. Check forms, links and formatting in the output. If an encrypted file cannot be opened, use an unencrypted copy only when you have permission to do so.

Are files stored?

Yes. Uploads and generated PDFs are stored temporarily on the server. The calculator shows the configured retention period from session creation. Cleanup checks run every five minutes while the service is running; outages can delay deletion. Delete-after-processing removes source uploads after merging, while generated downloads remain until cleanup. Save your output on your device. Privacy details.
